can i cancel my order?

All orders are made once your order is placed within 24 hours if order placed is for in stock items. You have 24 hours from time of purchase to cancel your order should you feel hit with buyer's remorse. If your order has shipped already you will need to mail the candle back once received before you are refunded (minus shipping fees).

I received my order and want to return it. What do I do?

Images can only do so much. If you receive your candle and just aren't feeling it, no worries! You have 14 days to let us know so we can start the return paperwork. Once we receive it back you'll be refunded for the candle, but not refunded for any shipping fees. 

You will need to pay for the item to ship back, but let us know and we can get a discounted shipping label sent your way and the shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

Any lit candles are not available for returns as we cannot resell a previously used product.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Your order arrived and the candle was damaged in shipping. Noooo!!! That sucks, but guess what?

We insure all shipments just in case this happens, because damage in shipment does occur now and then.

Simply let us know by clicking the button below and sending us a message and we'll arrange for a new candle to be shipped out to you.
